SOUND JOURNEYS
Important Information
✨ Sound journeys are discouraged for individuals with pacemakers.
They are also contraindicated in the following cases: pregnant women under 4 months or over 8 months, individuals with epilepsy, significant hearing impairments, or major psychiatric conditions.
If you fall into any of these categories,
✨ Individual sessions can be booked punctually or over a medium term
to offer a moment of relaxation,
address temporary issues,
or manage life transitions :
periods of stress, loss of confidence after an event, post-partum, burnout, divorce...
It can also be part of a longer-term approach,
for example, as a complement to medical follow-up (such as psychotherapy),
to help overcome experiences that are difficult to verbalize (grief, trauma...),
or to (re)connect with your voice.
It depends on your goals and needs.
✨ It is recommended to space sessions 7 to 10 days apart. Taking a break is important to integrate the benefits of sound and assess the changes you may experience.
✨ A sound therapist does not heal : they create a safe and supportive space where you can facilitate your own healing. If you are seeking to address a specific issue and it persists or returns quickly after several sessions, it’s important to discuss it as it may point to a deeper issue requiring medical support.
✨ All sessions must be paid for in advance and are modifiable and fully refundable up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be refunded, except in cases of compelling reasons.
